Awesome trip!   Definitely gonna come again to do Darwin & Wolf.   Galapagos Adventures was super doing all the details and I highly recommend them and the yacht "Freedom". The boat and crew were very attentive and professional as well as extremely friendly.  Fabricio, our naturalist and dive guide, was extremely knowledgeable but I'd caution everyone about joining him for a night in Porto Ayora unless you are prepared for a wild night. Please feel free to use me as a glowing reference for this trip.

Outstanding trip!!! I was 1 foot from a penguin and inches from iguanas.  Swimming with the sea lions was fantastic -- they are so graceful and curious.  The Freedom catamaran is a wonderful boat with stability and superb service. The Galapagos Islands are a trip of a lifetime.

I always wanted to visit Galapagos Islands.  Last week I had the opportunity to share with Ken one of his fabulous adventures in Galapagos. I don't have words to describe the experience I just lived. I have been diving for seven years. I have dove in South America, in the pacific ocean several times and the Caribbean but this adventure is incomparable, not only for the diving activities but for all the land visits, the attention from the crew, the incredible information acquired thanks to the guides and the crew, and the amazing things we saw in this beautiful land. This is my first visit, but I can assure you this is not the last one, I am planning on joining Ken in one of his trips to Wolf and Darwin.

Wow! Exceeded my already high expectations! Galapagos Islands is a destination to visit with an experienced crew and knowledgeable divemasters...and a comfortable boat.  This trip had them all.  Ken and his crew inspired us to see and do as much as we could.  I was especially surprised at how different each of the islands was, something to thrill the geologist, the naturalist and the ornithologist in all of us.  The diving is incomparable, with creatures and sights I have not experienced on tropical reef dives...virtually prehistoric, at times.  Most of all, Ken and his crew get everybody mixing, laughing, swapping stories.  I leave here with 15 new friends.  This trip will be hard to beat!

More memorable moments than any other trip.  My first time seeing hammerheads was unforgettable.  To make matters better, we were blessed to have a great group of travelers who all loved each others' company.  What a great trip!

The second greatest thing about this, for me, was the experience of diving off a 'live aboard'.  OK, so this was my first time.  But to dive on a boat with good food (not Bouley, you understand, but good), great company and a high attention to detail was, as Ken would say, 'awesome'.  The diving itself lived up to my expectations but in one important respect greatly exceeded them.  To dive with sea-lions (say, ten of them) and play with them in a way that you would a friend offers the prospect of bridging the gap between man and 'animal'.  Sure, to see a hammerhead might be great, but to feel that you 'connect', even for a moment, with ANY wild animal (let alone one as cute as a sea-lion under water) really is a mind blowing experience.  That alone was worth the trip.  The rest was all gravy, and a lot of gravy there was.  Do this trip, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT !

It's hard for me to pick out the best features of this trip...from the get go there is an intensity of activity that is unparalleled. It is all so well orchestrated that I was hard pressed to recall at noon what happened on the AM dive. Any one day has more events than most 4-day weekends, and I dive them every other month! The ONLY thing I didn't see was a whale shark, but that just means I must return. Fabricio and Ruli are wonderful DM's and naturalists, and the entire crew was fabulous, especially if you take the time to get to know them. You travelers know that extending yourselves to your hosts always has rewards.  Oh, yeah...the dives....face to face with turtles, rays, sharks, etcetera....eye to eye with a 15 foot hammerhead...what can I say, except most excellent, dude! I have only been diving for a year, but have 55 dives until this trip, and I can say to you that if you want to have an incredible experience, let these folks be your guides to a new and wonderful world! Be sure that you are a competent diver for the challenging conditions before you choose this adventure...  I WILL RETURN!   I will welcome your requests for information.

This trip is an adventure from beginning to end. The checkout dive offers the first encounter of many with sea lions, this will be followed by shark encounters too numerous to mention. Excellent guides and crew add to the experience. The shore excursions are a welcome break from the diving and are just as rewarding. Overall an unforgettable experience, a renewed connection with nature, and an adventure like I have never had before.

What a wonderful experience.  More than I ever anticipated.  Even without the diving it was an experience we will never forget.  We would recommend this trip to anyone..  The boat was beautiful, food was great.  We are senior citizens and loved hearing all the diving experiences each day when the divers returned.  Ken was the greatest host.  Can't say enough.  I wouldn't change a thing.

Fantastic trip. Lots of variety in the land trips, and the diving was very good. The only sea animal I missed seeing was the whale shark.
